Operator OS

Layered on top: the Four Partner Types framework for segmentation and Pod Thinking for how a function organizes around motions. Available to every operator on the bench. Used in advisory sessions when a client wants a structured diagnostic.

Partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced revenue, each defined with explicit rules. The BlueThread advisory track helps clients adopt the model in their CRM when useful, so finance can audit it, the CRO can forecast against it, and the partner team can defend it in a board meeting.

A six-dimensional framework for assessing where a partnership function sits in its AI adoption journey and where it needs to go next. We bring it into quarterly business reviews and use it to power cross-portfolio benchmarking for PE sponsors.

AI tooling and reference workflows that connect partner data across CRM, email, and partner systems. Operators are welcome to use it. Clients can adopt it through the advisory track. Either way, the leverage shows up in reporting, co-sell surfacing, and QBR prep.
The playbook library
Co-sell playbooks, partner enablement playbooks, QBR templates, attribution implementation guides, program design playbooks, and partner-tier blueprints. The advisory retainer gives operators and clients access to the library and pairs it with coaching from someone who has been in the seat.
