BlueThread operators run their own practice. We do not require you to use BlueThread frameworks or methodology. We provide a parallel advisory retainer that supports the engagement.
A few things to know:
BlueThread operators contract with us through their own business entity (LLC, S-Corp, or PLLC). If you do not currently operate as a business, we will share formation resources before onboarding.
BlueThread operators maintain multiple active client relationships. We are not a primary employer or sole income source.
We hand-pick placements based on operator strength, client fit, and partnership domain experience. Most matches happen inside our existing operator network.
